The Salvation Army North East England Division are please to promote this event to our individual locations in the North East. We pray that God will move powerfully in the days of the gathering.

We are so excited to be involved in the launch of Cedarwood Festival in July 2019. The passion and heart of the team putting this Festival together so resonated with us, we can’t wait. We are looking forward to working closely with them in the North of England in the coming years.

A Christian Festival in the heart of the North East has been a long time coming. I sense a hunger among people to get together and be part of what the Holy Spirit is doing in our nation and they know in their hearts it’s ‘better together’. Here in the Vineyard Church we are praying for, and anticipating, times of worship that move us deeper into His presence, teaching that will transform and equip the church and prayer that will impact the region and beyond.

From my experience of previous similar events, eg Harvest that ran for over 20 years bringing enormous benefit to thousands of young people in the north east region, many of who are in full time Christian ministry as a result, I’m confident Cedarwood Festival will be a great blessing to all those who attend and become part of what will be an exciting ongoing community that will receive impact the region with Gods presence.

I am thrilled to be supporting this first Cedarwood Festival. There is a great history of God doing exciting things in the North of England and my hope and prayer is that Cedarwood Festival will be a catalyst that ignites lots more prayerful mission across the region!

CF19 is about encouraging the church family to get together, providing space and time to worship, celebrate and be together.

I’m always glad to cheerlead new kingdom focused events for people to gather and then go out to serve the world in Jesus name and I pray Cedarwood festival can become one of these gatherings.

This exciting new gathering has the potential to greatly equip Christians in the north and see many come to faith as well. I wish it all the very best.

Festival time is a deeply biblical experience. When the church gathers together to celebrate, worship, pray, and seek God, big things happen!
