All are welcome
At Cedarwood we are committed to doing all we can to make your time with us as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as it can. We desire it to be accessible for everyone. We are blessed to have specific team at each venue to enable all to be catered for and felt welcome.
If you need further information – please email us at info@cedarwoodfestival.com for more information.
VENUES
We desire all to be able to feel seen and valued at Cedarwood Festival. For our big top venue we have ear defenders for those adults and children finding it too loud, alongside a prayer ministry team on hand to pray or share with. For our youth and childrens venues we also have an additional needs provision.
We are working to have sign language provided for 2026.
CAMPSITE
At Cedarwood there is an accessible camping area, with parking close by for your ease of access and we require you to let us know if you would like to book into this space pre event. More information regarding T&C of this space can be found on our EVENT INFO page or T&C page.
