There are so many options when it comes to staying onsite at Cedarwood Festival! We would love to make it as comfortable and enjoyable to be at Thorp Perrow estate and have various options and amenities for you to consider from camping to clamping to caravans and groups villages, that we hope will serve you well.

Glamping & Bell tent Hire

If you love camping but prefer to skip the sleeping bags, tent pegs and carrying equipment – then, new for 2026, we are offering Bell tents with a comfortable camping option available to hire – all setup and ready for your arrival. You can enjoy staying onsite with all the fun, action, facilities and worship without the hassle! The Bell tents feature:

• A generous internal space (5m diameter) with plenty of height for standing up internally – these tents are a great option for couples and families
• Accommodation for up to 4 people on mattresses, as either double beds (by default) or single beds as required (please let us know)
• All bedding & linen is supplied, along with some basic toiletries
• Fairy lights and a small table are included
• Setup and take down will be done for you, no need to get involved with tent pegs or groundsheets!

COST: £300 for the weekend.

Caravans & Camping

Camping in your own tent is included free at Cedarwood Festival. Caravan or motorhome pitches can be booked for a fee of £10 per pitch. If you wish to have access to electrical power during your stay as a caravan, there is a fee of £30. Each of these options can be chosen when booking your ticket via our online booking system in the Accommodation section.

Facilities

We know how important toilets and showers are at festivals and we have that all covered across various key locations across the site. From toilets and showers to strategically placed water points during the summer heat – we can’t wait to welcome you onsite!

Villages & Groups

If you wish to come as your church or youth group – we have areas designated for group camping so you can stay with all your friends and community! Let us know via email if you wish to book as a group and we can keep a space free for your community!
