HELLO – If your church, youth group or kids group would love to attend Cedarwood Festival then we have the perfect setup for you and have accommodated many before! If contacted or booked in as a group – we offer the option to create a VILLAGE SPACE for your group so you can all camp / stay together to ensure maintained community and collectiveness.
CHURCH BENEFITS: Spend time with your church family to develop friendships, spend time together in worship and prayer and having fun in the outdoors. There is an opportunity for full immersion baptism on the Sunday after the morning meeting. Want to bring along a church group, but don’t know names yet, contact us and we can arrange a group booking of 10+ adults for you.

GROUP BOOKINGS: If you would like to attend CF26 with your church, youth group or any group of ten or more adults there is a 12% discount available. This is automatically applied at checkout. If you have any enquiries on this, please email churches@cedarwoodfestival.com and we can facilitate.
FAMILY BOOKINGS: If you would like to purchase tickets for your family, please select the required tickets and you will receive 30% off your booking. This applies for families booking in with one or two parents, and 2-3 children. This discount will be automatically applied.
YOUTH & KIDS BENEFITS: Bring your young people aged 6 – 17 to meet others their age, joining together for their own worship, activities and a Sunday afternoon evangelism outreach in the local area.
COLLECTIVE: Join the growing mix of 18-30 people attending and calling CF their annual retreat / gathering. With great partners hosting meetups and programmes for all ages – there is something for everyone.
AFTER HOURS & AFTERNOONS: There is so much to do throughout the day and also the evenings. Our after hours programme is developing year on year, from fireside chats and coffee to film screenings and connection – you are so welcome.
LOCATION: A Christian festival in the North of England. Cedarwood Festival is held in the beautiful parklands of Thorp Perrow, which is near Bedale, North Yorkshire, less than 10 minutes drive from Junction 51 (Leeming Bar) of the A1(M).
