Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or any other service listed on this page, you agree to abide by the full terms & conditions listed of Cedarwood Festival listed here. Tickets are transferable like for like, up to 14 days from the event. Tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, the value of the ticket will be refunded, excluding the booking fee.
All tickets are subject to a 2% admin charge – this covers the ticketing platform fees and payment gateway fees.
Everyone staying onsite in a tent is required to purchase a camping ticket.
18-25 year olds – Please bring a form of university or student ID with you to the event and present to the ticketing team upon arrival in order to validate your student ticket.
We accept a valid PIP, DLA, Blue Badge, ESA or a supporting medical document confirming your restriction of mobility. Please bring this with you to the event and present to the ticketing team upon arrival in order to validate your Carer’s ticket.
There will be a site curfew for new admissions of 22:00 hrs on all days.
