Welcome & Hospitality
Are you passionate about hospitality? You will be the face of Cedarwood Festival, providing a welcoming and fun atmosphere to festival-goers, making them feel at home and at ease. You will be on-hand to signpost, provide information and settle campers into the site. If you’re feeling especially keen, you could get stuck in at our After Hours venue so that the fun never stops!
In this role, you will be responsible for being part of a team which runs the site. Help out with setting up or packing down, as well as providing practical help to ensure everything is running smoothly. You will need to be ready to get stuck in and your hands dirty!
Security & Stewarding
Our stewards are the eyes and ears of the festival, making sure that we create and maintain a safe environment for all festival-goers. This is a varied role, working across the full site including campsite, wood, car park, site entrance and venues. You will be helpful, approachable and work well as part of a wider team.
Youth – 13-18s
Do you enjoy hanging out with young people and leading them towards Jesus? Help YFC to run activities, prayer, worship, setting up and pack down. By being part of the youth team you will support and help a wider team interacting with the youth and making spaces for them to meet with God while having loads of fun.
Production & Tech
This role requires long hours and stamina to ensure that everything (end everyone!) is in the right place at the right time. If you have great organisational skills, an eye for detail and technical know-how, then this is the role for you!
At Cedarwood Festival, we will have an amazing cafe as part of the Hangar venue, serving the teams and delegates! If you love working with others and can offer brilliant customer service while taking orders and payments, keeping the hangar clean and tidy then this is the role for you.
